The St. Augustine News

And what does a concerned children's story book author do to protest child pornography????

Why he dresses up in a tiger suite, breaks into the St. Augustine Lighthouse, but leaves a note, and responsibly climbs to the top with a flag blazing Myduke (the name of the tiger in his children's story).

What does pornography have to do with any of it?

If his reason was to get people talking, apparently, you are an unwitting ally. He's got people working for him he doesn't even know about. You can't jump to conclusions based on what signs look like at first glance. You see 'tiger on lighthouse,' but the message is really 'stop child pornography.' That's the beauty of misunderstandings and miscommunication. Sometimes the miscommunication is there for shock value, to make you notice. Maybe Mr. Myduke understands that. Or maybe this whole ruse is a sleight-of-hand misdirection. But at least you are asking 'Why?', not for the sake of the cause of anti-child pornography, but because you see something that falls outside of what you expect. Tigers on lighthouses flying flags with their names on them have now been assimilated into my 'norm.'
